WebNormally when you use a skill the game locks your character from moving, with this plugin you can still move as if you're on ice skates. It's called the Konami code, use that (google it) on the plugin menu of addons with windower unlocks new plugins. This would make FFXI run at exactly 60fps, so long as you're within a 1-1.5 frame range of 60, FFXI will run correctly.
